DR. JONATHAN STEVENSON
Dr. Jonathan Stevenson grew up in southeastern Wisconsin. He received his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. He then went on to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic – Davenport, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. During his collegiate career, Dr. Jon was an anatomy TA, sports rehab intern, and a radiology intern. During his time in Davenport, IA he met his wife Dr. Kylee Stevenson.
Drs Jon and Kylee spend the first several years of their career in the greater Seattle area. While practicing in Washington they learned from some of the top doctors in the profession. In 2018 they moved across the country, started a business, and most importantly started a family! Strive truly is a family-owned and operated practice, during a visit to the office you may even run into their daughters Lacey and Chloe.
Since opening Strive Integrative Health, Dr. Jon has furthered his education by completing his Neuropathy training and nutrition counseling certification in Wisconsin. Dr. Jon also holds a board certification from the American College of Physical Medicine. He is constantly expanding his knowledge and understanding of natural health in this ever-changing world of healthcare. “If we keep doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting different results, that is the definition of insanity. It’s time to try something new and we at Strive are constantly bringing something new not only to the office, but to the state of Wisconsin. It is our mission to make our community one of the healthiest communities in the world.”
When Dr. Jon is not in the office, he enjoys being with his family, attending church, staying active, golfing, grilling out, and hunting!
DR. ERIK STEINE
Dr. Erik Steine was born and raised in Black River Falls, WI. Dr. Erik completed his undergraduate education at Winona State University in Minnesota. There, he pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a minor in Coaching. Following his time in Minnesota, Dr. Erik moved across the country to complete his chiropractic coursework at Palmer College of Chiropractic at its campus in Port Orange, FL. Dr. Erik practiced in San Francisco and Philadelphia prior to joining the team at Strive.
As a former collegiate athlete, Dr. Erik has always had an interest in functional movements and injury prevention, particularly after sustaining a number of injuries during his playing time. This knowledge led to the care of a variety of professional athletes.
Dr. Erik enjoys watching sports, hunting, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
DR. KYLEE STEVENSON
Dr. Kylee Stevenson always knew she wanted to help people. Not satisfied with what she found in traditional medicine, she started looking into different alternative healthcare options. Dr. Stevenson says: “Having the ability to assist the body in healing itself without drugs or surgery is a pretty amazing skill.” Dr. Kylee’s credentials begin in chiropractic and extend into the specialization of neuropathy treatments.
Dr. Kylee began her career alongside her husband, Dr. Jon, in the Pacific Northwest where she is from. Drs. Kylee and Jon both spent time in some of the largest chiropractic offices in the region. While practicing in Washington, she was able to see patients of all ages with a multitude of conditions. Fast forward several years, Dr. Kylee and Dr. Jon decided to leave the Northwest to call Wisconsin “home”.
Dr. Kylee and Dr. Jon moved back to SE Wisconsin in 2018 to open Strive Integrative Health. “Our mission is to help as many people reach their health goals as possible. This is why we have diversified our practice and now accommodate and care for many different conditions, including peripheral neuropathy.”
When she’s not at the office, Dr. Kylee is all about family time. You’ll find her and her husband chasing after their little girls and soaking up the fun and craziness of life with two kids.

DR. JACOB POCHES
Dr. Jacob Poches was raised most of his life in Portage, WI. Growing up he was involved in a wide range of athletics including soccer, cross country, and football. His main athletic passion however was in the sport of wrestling where he learned the valuable lesson that hard work equals accomplishing set goals. This eventually led to him earning a state title in wrestling in his senior year of High School.
After high school, Dr. Jacob attended UW-La Crosse for a Bachelor’s degree in biology where he did the majority of his undergraduate studies. Before graduating, Dr. Jacob started chiropractic school at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where he completed both his undergraduate degree and his Doctorate of Chiropractic, graduating Cum Laude.
During his time at Palmer College, Dr. Jacob was involved as a teaching assistant for gross anatomy and spinal anatomy labs. During his time in the student clinic, Dr. Jacob was a rehabilitation department intern where he gained an appreciation for human movement and function to treat neuromusculoskeletal conditions better holistically.
Outside of the office, Dr. Jacob enjoys lifting weights and running, hunting, coaching wrestling, and watching his favorite sports teams, the Packers and Bucks.
Dr. Jacob is excited to be a part of the Strive team to help patients accomplish their goals and pursue a happy and healthier life!
HANNAH McCLURE – OFFICE MANAGER
Growing up West of Milwaukee, Hannah has had a passion for health since she was a child. Being involved in competitive dance, wanting to feel well became a priority for her. Seeking out chiropractic care she found relief and healing as well as a higher quality of life. After coming to Strive and becoming a part of the family as a patient, contributing to creating a healthier community was inspiration enough to want to become a part of the team. With years of experience in customer service and interpersonal communication, she is ready to assist any patient with a smile and compassion so that they can receive the best care possible.
On her time off she enjoys outdoor activities such as tennis, hiking, and kayaking as well as creating delicious gluten-free recipes to share!
Hannah is excited to help you reach your health goals and get you back to living your life without pain!
LACEY DANIEL- ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Lacey, a lifelong soccer enthusiast, discovered the profound impact of chiropractic care early in her athletic journey. Now, armed with her athletic background and personal experiences, Lacey is on a mission to share the transformational power of chiropractic care with others. Her love for helping people stems from the profound difference it has made in her own life, driving her to empower others to discover the potential within themselves through the lens of holistic well-being. Beyond the soccer pitch, Lacey enjoys exploring Milkwaukee’s vibrant neighborhoods and, when she’s not out and about, she finds solace in her kitchen, whipping up delicious meals that reflect her Culinary background.
LUCY PLAUTZ- ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Lucy has always had a passion for helping people. She grew up near Milwaukee and has been going to the chiropractor since she learned to walk. Knowing how much it impacted her life is what stemmed her interest in chiropractic care and helping other people get relief in a holistic way. Lucy originally came to Strive as a patient and became part of the team years later. She is currently a student at UW-Milwaukee pursuing her Bachelor of Health Science and she is excited for what the future holds. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going on walks, going out for breakfast, and traveling. Lucy is looking forward to helping you reach your healthcare goals and live a healthier life!
