The Gerson Therapy is still used today to heal tuberculosis, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, kidney failure, cancer, and other chronic conditions. It utilizes an organic, vegetarian diet, raw juices, coffee enemas and natural supplements.

Apple Cider Vinegar –

Commonly called “The Old Folks Remedy”- Historically used as a remedy for high cholesterol, sore throats, sinus infections and many other conditions. Thankfully you don’t have to just drink it straight! Here are a few ways to ingest ACV (and make it tollerable). #1. Take a large mug of warm water, mix 1 tablespoon of ACV with 2 tablespoons of honey. #2. Make a ginger tea, add 1-2 teaspoons of ACV, honey, and coconut oil. Drink up!

Cod Liver Oil-

Fish oil is a nutrient rich supplement that helps maintain a healthy immune system. Whenever investing in a supplement- Always, Always, Always make sure it is coming from a good quality source.
